BW Seamless 90° Long Radius (LR) Elbow
Our 90° long radius elbow changes flow direction with a bend radius of 1.5 times the nominal pipe diameter, giving a smoother turn and lower pressure drop than a short radius elbow — the standard choice for most piping layouts. Supplied seamless or ERW in Schedule 40, Schedule 80 and heavier schedules on request, with a plain-bevelled end ready for site welding.
BW Seamless 90° Short Radius (SR) Elbow
Built with a tighter 1.0D bend radius for layouts where space is limited — skid packages, compressor stations and congested pipe racks are typical uses. Same material and schedule options as our long radius elbow, stocked in common sizes for fast dispatch.
BW Seamless 45° Long Radius Elbow
Used where a full 90° turn isn't needed — offsetting a pipeline around an obstruction, or routing at a shallower angle to reduce turbulence and erosion at the bend. Available seamless or welded, in the same schedule range as our 90° elbows.
Equal Tee & Reducing Tee
Equal tees branch a line into three equal-diameter outlets; reducing tees step the branch outlet down to a smaller size where a smaller take-off line is required. Both are supplied in butt-weld (seamless/fabricated) and socket-weld/threaded forms for smaller bore sizes.
Concentric & Eccentric Reducer
Reducers join two pipe sizes in a single fitting. Concentric reducers keep both pipes on the same centreline, suited to most process lines; eccentric reducers keep one edge flat, commonly used on pump suction lines and horizontal runs to avoid trapping air or sediment. Both supplied to match your pipe's OD and schedule.
End Cap
A dished or flat end fitting used to seal off the end of a pipe run, header, or branch that isn't currently in use. Supplied in butt-weld and threaded forms, in the same material and schedule as the connecting pipe.
Full Coupling & Half Coupling
Full couplings join two pipe ends of the same size in a straight run; half couplings are welded directly onto the side of a pipe or vessel to create a branch or instrument connection without a full tee. Both available in socket weld and threaded (NPT/BSPT) forms.
Stub End (Lap Joint)
Welded to the pipe end and used together with a loose lap joint (backing) flange, letting the flange be rotated to align bolt holes — useful in systems that need frequent dismantling for cleaning or inspection, and where the more expensive flange material only needs to touch the stub end, not the full pipe run.
Cross Fitting
A four-way fitting used where a line needs to branch in two opposite directions from a single point — common in header and manifold piping. Supplied equal or reducing, seamless or fabricated.
